Strong and weak adhesive design

Adopt production processes that prevent no overhang; 

The tool entry direction is from the low viscosity surface, the tool die angle is controlled, and regular SEM observation is carried out.

Features:

-- Die cutting from weak adhesive side to ensure the contact area between the strong adhesive surface and the original film;  

-- The die angle is specially treated to ensure that the base material and the original film surface glue reach full state after die cutting;

-- SEM equipment for section management, internal CCD control.
